1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes the current Blackstone Plumbing and HVAC website, its browser-based request preview, and inquiries sent to the contact email listed below. “We,” “our,” and “the site operator” refer to the party responsible for this website. See Additional Policies for more information about this website.
Contact & privacy inquiries. Email info@blackstoneplumbinghvac.com with questions about this website or to make a privacy request. The preview form does not deliver privacy requests or other messages.
2. Information handled by the site
Preview entries. The form can display an example name, example email address, town or ZIP code, service category, and message that you enter. Its code processes these values in your browser to create an on-screen preview and, if you choose, a text-file download. It does not send the entries to the operator, an email service, a booking system, or a customer database. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information.
Email inquiries. If you choose to email the listed address, the operator receives your email address, any name you provide, and your message or attachments. This correspondence is sent through your email service, separately from the request preview form. Please include only the information needed for your inquiry and avoid sending sensitive information.
Technical information. Loading a website necessarily involves network requests. Hosting, delivery, authentication, and security providers may process your IP address, requested page, request time, browser or device information, and similar technical data. This is separate from the preview form. The site operator does not maintain a separate visitor database or analytics dashboard in this version.
3. Purposes and sharing
The site uses preview entries only to show the interaction and prepare a file at your request. Email correspondence is used to respond to inquiries, handle privacy requests, and maintain necessary records of those communications. Technical information may be processed by infrastructure providers to deliver pages, manage access, protect the site, and resolve technical problems. The site’s own code does not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, create advertising profiles, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
The form does not transmit its contents to providers. Infrastructure providers may process network or account information under their own notices and applicable arrangements. Information that a provider holds may also be subject to legal requirements. Email service providers process correspondence under their own applicable terms and privacy policies; this website does not control your email provider’s practices.
4. Cookies, browser storage, and third-party services
The site’s own application code does not set cookies, write form entries to local storage or session storage, or install analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. The hosting platform may use technologies necessary for sign-in, access control, security, or delivery. Your browser may also keep cached pages, history, or autofill information independently of this site.
- Hosting and access: this website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered using hosting infrastructure that includes Cloudflare. Their processing is described in the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy, as applicable.
- Fonts: the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font servers, which receive network-request information such as your IP address and request headers. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s explanation of Fonts privacy.
- Other links: visiting an external website is subject to that website’s own practices and privacy notice.
5. Retention and your local copies
Preview entries remain in the active page’s memory until cleared or the page is discarded. Use “Clear form” to erase the visible entries, generated preview, and in-memory download text. A browser may preserve or restore page state through its own history or autofill features; you can manage those features in its settings. Any downloaded text file stays on your device until you delete it.
We do not retain submitted form records because this version does not submit forms. Hosting and other providers determine the retention of their technical logs and account data under their applicable policies; no specific provider retention period is promised here.
Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry or privacy request, keep a record of its outcome, or meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized. Email providers may retain separate copies under their own policies.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can browse without using the form, clear the form, and delete downloaded copies. Depending on your location, the applicable law, and whether the operator is subject to it, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to object to or opt out of particular processing. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by law.
The site’s own code does not sell information, run targeted advertising, or perform qualifying profiling, whether or not your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Provider-level controls are described in the providers’ notices. Questions or requests about operator-held information can be sent to info@blackstoneplumbinghvac.com. Describe the request and the information it relates to; do not send identity documents unless specifically needed to verify a request. Requests will be addressed, and any applicable verification or appeal process explained, in accordance with the law that applies. Questions about separately held account or platform information should be directed through the relevant provider’s privacy-request process. Where applicable, you may also complain to your privacy regulator, including the Connecticut Attorney General or New York Attorney General.
7. Security, children, and international access
The published site uses HTTPS. No website or device can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not enter account credentials, financial details, health information, or other sensitive data in the request preview. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended to collect personal information from children.
Infrastructure providers may process technical or account information in the United States and other countries, as explained in their policies. The site does not add a separate international transfer of preview-form entries.
8. Updates
Changes to the site’s data practices will be reflected in an updated notice and date. Before introducing actual message delivery, analytics, transactions, or business operations, the operator must review the applicable privacy requirements and update this policy, contact information, and any required choices or notices. Posting this policy is not a claim of certification or a waiver of any visitor’s legal rights.
